Built EverFit into a consumer-facing ingredient brand, translating an invisible performance technology into something people can see, feel, and trust.
EverFit is an innovative elastic replacement developed by Bemis, used in some of the world’s leading activewear, intimates, and swim brands. Despite its impact, the technology itself is largely invisible to consumers. The challenge was to elevate EverFit beyond a technical solution and create a brand that could resonate across both B2B and B2C audiences, building recognition, belief, and demand.
EverFit is an innovative elastic replacement developed by Bemis, used in some of the world’s leading activewear, intimates, and swim brands. Despite its impact, the technology itself is largely invisible to consumers. The challenge was to elevate EverFit beyond a technical solution and create a brand that could resonate across both B2B and B2C audiences, building recognition, belief, and demand.




I led the development of the EverFit brand story and identity system, creating a language that makes performance tangible. At the core is a system of Möbius Auras, inspired by infinite loops, that express stretch, recovery, comfort, and long-lasting support through evolving, dimensional forms. These arrayed lines morph and shift in color and density to evoke movement, heat, breathability, and the lived experience of activewear over time. This directly responds to one of the category’s biggest frustrations: elastic that loses integrity, forcing consumers to size down or replace garments prematurely. EverFit solves this through advanced adhesives and precision application, delivering consistent support without compromise. The visual system integrates across lifestyle and product photography, bridging technical innovation with emotional resonance. I also helped define the relationship between EverFit and Bemis and developed a toolkit to scale the brand across partners and touchpoints, positioning EverFit as a recognizable ingredient brand.
